Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced X-ray Technologist to provide vital imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract role offers a 13-week assignment, where your expertise in radiology will directly support patient care and surgical teams.
Schedule:
5x8 hour evening shifts, 3pm-11pm, Monday through Friday Potential for on-call responsibility one day per week
Preferred Qualifications:
Current ARRT(R) certification Active Pennsylvania Radiologic Technologist License Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Demonstrated competency operating C-arm, O-arm, and portable imaging equipment in an operating suite Previous experience performing imaging in a fast-paced hospital environment Strong attention to patient safety and image quality Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality X-ray exams as ordered, utilizing advanced imaging technology in both operating suites and standard settings Operate C-arm, O-arm, and portable documentation systems with accuracy and efficiency during surgical procedures Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy throughout each procedure Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other staff to deliver seamless intraoperative imaging support Accurately document exams and maintain equipment in optimal working condition Participate in on-call rotation as needed This role is a fantastic chance to strengthen your skills in a supportive, technologically advanced environment.
