Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding assignment as a skilled radiologic technologist, where your expertise in imaging will play a vital role in supporting exceptional patient care. This 13-week opportunity calls for professionals adept at delivering precise X-ray imaging and operating advanced technology in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Schedule:
Five 8-hour evening shifts: 3pm-11pm, Monday through Friday Potential for one day of call coverage per week
Qualifications:
Current ARRT(R) certification Valid Pennsylvania state license Active BLS certification Proficiency in operating C-arm, O-arm, and portable radiology units within the operating suite Prior experience as an X-ray tech or radiologic technologist preferred Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach in a clinical environment
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality radiographic examinations as ordered by providers Utilize and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Provide real-time intraoperative imaging while collaborating with surgical teams Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to a positive clinical experience Respond efficiently to stat and routine imaging requests during scheduled hours and on-call days Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices for infection prevention and radiation safety This contract position is ideal for a radiology professional seeking to expand their clinical skillset in a supportive and modern healthcare environment.
