RADT DETOX /RESIDENTIAL

Casa Leona Recovery is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Technician to join our team of professionals. Our center is committed to providing exceptional care for individuals struggling with drug and alcohol dependency, mental health disorders and overall recovery. Key Responsibilities As a Residential Technician, your primary role will include: Completing admission/intake procedures for new clients including paperwork, room assignments, and initial orientation Conducting property searches as required by program standards Performing urine drug screenings for clients numb tv Supervising medication calls if necessary Providing transportation services including patient transportation, donation pick-ups, and agency errands Attending in-service training, educational workshops, and required staff meetings Developing and maintaining client records, progress reports, and treatment documentation Identifying and addressing crises, behavioral changes, and additional assistance needs Adhering to professional ethics, maintaining confidential information, and respecting appropriate boundaries Key Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency RADT or equivalent Must possess valid California driver's license and liability insurance if driving.
