Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Step into a vital role where exceptional skill in radiology is matched with state-of-the-art technology and a supportive environment. This position is ideal for technologists passionate about delivering high-quality imaging services during overnight shifts, and who thrive in fast-paced healthcare settings.
Schedule:
7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Every other weekend required Block scheduling available (will include weekends) No on-call shifts
Qualifications:
High school diploma required Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification (R) At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an X-ray/Radiologic Technologist Demonstrated proficiency with GE equipment, OEC C-arms, and Carestream portables
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality diagnostic radiology procedures in accordance with established protocols and physician directives Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure imaging needs are met efficiently and accurately Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout exam processes, practicing excellent communication and compassionate care Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment, troubleshooting as necessary to minimize downtime Accurately document procedures and report results in a timely manner Adhere to all safety guidelines for radiation protection and workplace safety What to
