What You'll Be Doing Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport aggregate materials within the site Operate front-end loaders to manage stockpiles, handle material flow, and load railcars accurately Operate track mobile equipment to move, position, and stage railcars in support of rail loadout activities Conduct routine equipment inspections and promptly report safety or maintenance concerns Support daily plant and rail loadout operations through various tasks with a strong safety-first focus What Are We Looking For Demonstrated capability to safely operate haul trucks, loaders, and track mobile equipment Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining situational awareness around rail and mobile equipment Attention to detail to ensure proper material placement and accurate railcar positioning and loading Mechanical awareness with the ability to identify and report basic equipment issues Dependable, team-oriented approach with clear communication skills Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
