Eosso Brothers Paving, part of Pave America, is a leading provider of asphalt and concrete solutions including maintenance, repair, new paving, milling, sealcoating and line striping services. Plus Prevailing wage opportunities.Benefits:

Use asphalt lutes and shovels to distribute hot asphalt evenly to the proper grade and thickness.Surface Finishing:
Smooth and finish joints, seams, and surfaces that are inaccessible to paving machines.Quality Control:
Adjust surface irregularities and remove lumps to ensure a smooth, durable finish before rolling.Team Collaboration:
Partner with paver operators, roller operators, and truck drivers to maintain efficient workflow.Site Preparation:
Clean and prep areas, including applying tack coat or cleaning surfacesQualifications Physical Requirements:
