Plus Prevailing wage opportunities.

Responsibilities Material Distribution:

Use asphalt lutes and shovels to distribute hot asphalt evenly to the proper grade and thickness.

Surface Finishing:

Smooth and finish joints, seams, and surfaces that are inaccessible to paving machines.

Quality Control:

Adjust surface irregularities and remove lumps to ensure a smooth, durable finish before rolling.

Team Collaboration:

Partner with paver operators, roller operators, and truck drivers to maintain efficient workflow.

Site Preparation:

Clean and prep areas, including applying tack coat or cleaning surfaces
