Essential Duties and Responsibilities Facility Maintenance Fencing and facilities upkeep Complete projects as instructed by manager Qualifications and Skills Welding, carpentry, fence building, plumbing, electric Experience with tractors and equipment is preferred Run various types of farm equipment Communication skills for effective interaction with supervisors and peers Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as individually Ability to work in a fast pace environment Willingness to adapt in a consistently changing work environment Essential Physical Functions and Working Conditions Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including seasonally hot or cold temperatures and inclement weather. Ability to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work 5 or more days per week Compensation and Benefits Salary is $800/week paid bi-weekly Health, dental and vision insurance provided after 90 days Paid time off after 90 days No housing is provided •This is a seasonal business so hours may vary•Pay depending on experience•
