Your key responsibilities:

Establish and Maintain quality requirements for raw materials for use in the production of Photoresists and Associated Materials at advanced production nodes Establish and Maintain critical process control parameters for raw material production in concert with internal and external vendors Interact closely with vendors to ensure clear communication of DuPont's expectations, including regular audits, technical meetings, and on-site visits Work with multidisciplinary teams to determine root cause and corrective actions of material quality failure Coordinate with a global team to ensure success of all projects Ensure new and existing raw material supply plans align with global strategy Your qualification profile:

Essential:

BS in Chemistry or ChemE with 5 years' experience or MS in Chemistry or ChemE with 2 years' experience in a chemical manufacturing environment

Essential:

Understanding of statistical techniques including DOE, Control Charts, Gage

R&R, ANOVA

Preferred:

Experience working in a global environment with communications across cultures

Preferred:

Experience working in the semiconductor or a related field

Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Preferred:
