Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for three full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in both elementary and middle school settings. This role is based in McKenzie, AL, and involves working directly with students in either 1:1 or small group environments. Assignments will be tailored according to the candidate's preference, offering a dynamic and rewarding experience in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide direct behavioral support to students in 1:1 or small group settings. Monitor and record data on student progress and behaviors. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to support student development. Maintain professional documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred. Ability to effectively manage behavior and adapt techniques to individual student needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work within elementary or middle school environments.
