Qualifications and Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Prior experience working with children or students preferred Solid understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data collection Ability to follow behavior intervention plans as developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom needs and environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to students Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Collect and record data consistently, reporting on student progress Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families Assist with developing social, communication, and academic skills for students Maintain a positive, supportive learning environment Participate in team meetings and ongoing training as needed This contract role provides a chance to develop professionally while making a significant difference in the lives of students.
