About the RBT Role We're hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for morning hours serving the Crawfordville area. You'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, running ABA programs under BCBA supervision. It's hands-on, it's meaningful, and if you're the right fit, you'll have real room to grow here. Schedule This posting is specifically for AM availability . Morning sessions typically align with school hours and early home sessions — ideal if your afternoons need to stay open. What You'll Do Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings in and around Crawfordville Target communication, social, and daily living skills Keep accurate session data and documentation Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors as they come up Work closely with BCBAs and families What We're Looking For Active RBT certification in good standing At least 6 months of ABA experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Available for consistent morning hours in the Crawfordville, GA area Pay & Perks $25-$30/hour based on experience Automatic raises — $0.50 every 6 months, no cap 401(k) after 6 months; 1% company match after year one Rewards program — earn points for good attendance and on-time documentation, redeem for cash or prizes Referral bonuses for bringing in new team members Paid onboarding and ongoing training Supervision hours if you're working toward your BCBA Flexible scheduling around your AM commitment
