Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will implement individualized behavioral therapy plans designed to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your energetic approach will help foster meaningful progress in clients' communication, social skills, daily living activities, and behavior management. Duties Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles tailored to each client's care plan Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment strategies Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, dressing, and hygiene routines, promoting independence Support clients in developing communication skills through teaching functional language and social interaction techniques Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality Collaborate with supervising Behavior Analysts and multidisciplinary teams to adapt interventions as needed for optimal outcomes Foster a positive and engaging environment that encourages client participation and promotes behavioral health and behavior management Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder, is highly preferred Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), is essential Experience assisting with ADLs and implementing behavior management strategies is advantageous Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records, care plans, and documentation standards related to behavioral health is beneficial Strong communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and team members are required A background in special education or teaching can enhance your ability to deliver impactful therapy sessions Certification as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) or willingness to obtain certification is necessary for this role Join us in making a difference by empowering individuals through compassionate care and innovative behavioral interventions. Pay:
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
