Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Unlock an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact as a Registered Behavior Technician working onsite in a supportive school setting. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about providing one-on-one behavioral support and have strong experience managing aggressive behaviors. The position involves working closely with a 4th grade student with moderate needs, helping to create positive change and support academic and social growth.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Demonstrated expertise in managing and de-escalating aggressive behaviors Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Ability to build rapport with elementary-age students Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, therapists, and families Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavior intervention services to a 4th grade student Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts Collect data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed Collaborate with school personnel and families to support continuity of care Utilize evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive alternatives Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to school and professional standards
