Qualifications and Experience:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow treatment plans and data collection procedures meticulously Collaborative approach when working with teachers, families, and other support staff

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect accurate and thorough data on student progress and behaviors Provide one-on-one or small group support, encouraging positive behavioral choices in classroom settings Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, as needed Participate in team meetings and contribute to assessment and planning discussions Maintain documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines This position offers valuable hands-on experience within a dynamic school team and opportunities to grow your skills as an RBT.
