Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Take your passion for behavioral support to the next level! We're seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to make a meaningful impact in area schools near Athens, GA. Two dynamic opportunities are available—each offering the chance to work collaboratively within a supportive educational environment. In the first position, you'll provide one-on-one ABA support to a high school student, bringing consistency, encouragement, and skill-building strategies to their school day. This is a full-time contract role, ideal for RBTs who value relationship-building and individualized intervention. The second role is expected to be full-time (pending final scheduling details) and offers the variety of floating between classrooms. You'll be lending your ABA expertise wherever it's needed amongst a diverse behavioral caseload—perfect for those who thrive on flexible, dynamic work and enjoy collaborating with multiple teams.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience supporting students in educational settings preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Adaptability as you move between individuals and groups Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute positively to school culture
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Track and report on student progress and data with accuracy Support generalization of skills across settings Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families Promote a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
