Description:
Seeking experienced Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) for a boutique private school in the SF Bay Area exclusively serving neurodivergent children. This is a rare opening at an institution where behavioral science is not a support service. It is the foundation of everything. With small class sizes, a deeply resourced interdisciplinary team, and a genuine commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practice, this school offers something the broader education market simply cannot: a place where your expertise is fully understood, deeply valued, and put to use every single day. This role is closing fast. We are actively introducing candidates to the school and availability is limited.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Clinical and Behavioral Work Implement and monitor individualized behavior plans and skill acquisition programs under close BCBA supervision Collect, monitor, and assist in analyzing behavioral data across environments Support reinforcement identification and individualized student programming Staff Support and Coaching Model behavioral interventions across classroom environments for teaching staff Provide real-time de-escalation and co-regulation coaching Offer clear, constructive feedback on intervention fidelity Interdisciplinary Collaboration Consult daily with SLPs, OTs, and Specials Teachers as part of a true whole-child team Align behavioral programming with instructional goals alongside classroom teachers Bring behavioral depth into every corner of school life, not just scheduled sessions
WHO YOU ARE
Active RBT or BCaBA certification (BACB) Minimum 4 years of behavioral support and social skills training experience Associate's degree in education, psychology, child development, or related field Deep, nuanced understanding of the autism spectrum including sensory and communication differences Prior non-public or independent school experience strongly preferred Valid California driver's license Legal authorization to work in the
U.S. SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday | Approximately 204 days aligned to the school calendar | Occasional off-hour work required
