Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Burlington County, Elementary School Setting Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children? If so, New Behavioral Network has immediate openings for enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Burlington County !

Role:
As an RBT in an elementary school, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with developmental and behavioral challenges. You will work alongside teachers and specialists to provide one-on-one and small group behavior interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. This role allows you to directly impact students' academic and social growth in a supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group behavior interventions for 2-3 students using ABA techniques. Conduct intensive table teaching sessions to develop academic and social skills. Collaborate with classroom teachers to manage behavior and encourage positive student interactions. Collect and record student progress data; adjust interventions as necessary. Foster a safe , engaging , and inclusive learning environment. Implement de-escalation strategies to reduce behaviors Assist with toileting Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and team members to ensure cohesive support for each child.
Qualifications:
Current RBT certification (required). Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field (Preferred) Experience with young children, especially in school or clinical settings, is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques. Excellent communication , organizational , and collaboration skills. A passion for helping children succeed and grow in a positive and inclusive environment.
