• Part-time We're hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. This means that you won't be reporting into a large corporate structure
• you'll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.

To kick things off, we're also offering a $500 sign-on bonus!

What You'll Be Doing:

Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans Track progress and communicate with families Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support

Requirements What We're Looking For:

• Active RBT Certification Reliable transportation to get to client's homes High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!

) Must be 18 or older Ability to pass a background check Must be available to work Saturday 11a to 3p Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
