Job Description

Your Mission As a Research and Development Engineer, you actively shape the next generation of innovative products and technologies. You contribute your engineering expertise to turn ideas into reliable, high-quality solutions that meet real customer needs. Working closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, you strengthen Deublin's innovation capabilities and build a strong foundation for your own professional growth. How you will make a difference
Product Development:
Support the design, testing, and improvement of new and existing products across the portfolio.
Engineering Analysis:
Apply fundamental engineering principles to evaluate concepts, materials, and technologies.
Testing & Validation:
Set up and execute experimental tests, operate test equipment, and collect structured data.
Data Interpretation:
Analyze test and simulation results and prepare technical summaries that support sound engineering decisions.
Documentation Excellence:
Create and maintain test reports, design files, and engineering change documentation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management to resolve technical challenges. What you should be good at
Engineering Background:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
R D Mindset:
Initial experience in product development or research and development is an advantage.
Technical Curiosity:
Strong interest in learning, experimentation, and continuous technical improvement.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to interpret data and support problem-solving in engineering environments.
Collaboration Skills:
Clear communication and a team-oriented approach in multidisciplinary settings.
Specialized Knowledge:
Tribology, mechanical seals, or prototyping and 3D printing experience is a plus. What you can look forward to
