R&D Lab Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative R&D Lab Technician to join our Ingredient Division's Product Development team. This role plays a critical part in supporting research initiatives and daily lab operations, contributing to the development and optimization of ingredient-based products. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving innovation from concept to commercialization. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Accurately weigh up and blend ingredients for experiments Complete finished product testing and evaluations and record data Assemble and package finished and blended product samples for customer review Some equipment operations General hours of work:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
