Job Description

Responsibilities included, but are not limited to the following: Must have a positive attitude and be able to work safely Dry Batch concrete via computer batch plant control systems Willing to back up Plant Operator position as needed. Safely perform all the duties and actively participate in safety programs Maintain raw material inventories Able to operate loader, skid steer, telehandler, manlift in a safe and efficient manner Ability to manage, train, and coach a team of 10 batch plant operators throughout the
Willamette Division Minimum Qualifications:
Previous ready mix batch plant experience required. Must have good organizational, communication, and writing skills Basic computer and math skills and willingness to embrace new technology Must be able to multitask and maintain efficient workflow in area of responsibility Must be able to handle challenging and difficult situations Basic knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems is a plus Must be reliable and dependable and work well with other team members Must be able to understand and implement KPI's with strong focus on efficiency and utilization.
