What You'll Be Doing Perform field and plant testing of ready-mix concrete to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards Monitor batching, mixing, and delivery processes to verify consistency and performance Document and report test results accurately; communicate findings to operations and customer teams Troubleshoot mix performance issues and recommend adjustments to maintain quality Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and product excellence What Are We Looking For Demonstrated knowledge of concrete materials, testing procedures, and quality standards Ability to interpret specifications and apply sound judgment in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with clear documentation and communication skills Capability to work independently and collaborate with operations, customers, and technicians Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement Work Environment Combination of plant, laboratory, and field work in varying weather conditions which equates to you getting dirty Requires travel to job sites and interaction with operations and customer teams Typically day shift Mon
