Summary Jordan Myers Home Team is looking for a motivated, full-time Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, coachable, people-focused, and ready to build a successful real estate career with strong support, systems, training, and accountability. As a full-time agent, you will work with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process, generate and follow up with leads, build strong client relationships, attend appointments, negotiate offers, and help clients achieve their real estate goals. You will be expected to show up with a positive attitude, stay consistent with daily prospecting and follow-up, and actively contribute to the team's culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance. Responsibilities Lead generate and prospect consistently, with a minimum of 20 hours per week dedicated to business-building activities. Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, identify homes that match their needs, and guide them through the buying process. Consult with sellers, convert listing appointments into signed listings, and create a strong plan to market their home. Negotiate offers and contract terms on behalf of buyers and sellers with professionalism and confidence. Convert prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities into scheduled appointments. Track all leads, tasks, notes, follow-ups, and client activity inside Brivity according to team standards. Participate in weekly script practice and skill-building sessions to improve communication, conversion, and client service. Attend and participate in team meetings, trainings, events, and activities as required by team standards. Demonstrate strong knowledge of pricing strategies, staging recommendations, market trends, listing preparation, and other real estate services that help clients succeed.

Must have an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one. No prior real estate experience required — new agents are welcome and encouraged to apply. Comfortable prospecting, making calls, following up with leads, and building relationships. Excellent communication and people skills. Organized and willing to use team systems, tools, and technology consistently. Self-motivated with the ability to stay accountable to goals and activities. Professional appearance and client-first mindset. Willingness to attend trainings, team meetings, script practice, and open houses. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends as needed for clients and open houses. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to showings, appointments, and team events.
