Our office is built around prospecting, listings, negotiation, roleplay, lead conversion, and real sales training. Whether you are a newer agent looking for mentorship or an experienced agent wanting to increase production, we provide the structure, accountability, and support to help agents grow long term. We offer buyer and seller lead opportunities, mentorship, CRM systems, marketing support, and a collaborative office environment with agents actively in production every day. Our goal is not only to help agents close more deals today, but to help them develop the skills needed to consistently generate their own business long term through prospecting, follow up, relationship building, and strong sales ability. This is not a passive "hang your license" brokerage. We are building a high accountability, growth focused environment for agents who are serious about improving their business and being surrounded by people pushing each other to grow.

Responsibilities include:

Prospecting for business Working with buyers and sellers Negotiating contracts Following CRM systems and processes Attending trainings and roleplay sessions Continuing to improve sales and communication skills In person position based in Mission Hills, CA. Full-time / Part-time Commission based compensation.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
