About the Role As our Broker in Charge, you'll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations — not just keeping us compliant, but shaping our culture, mentoring our agents, and helping people build careers they're proud of. This is a leadership role for someone who loves both the business of real estate and the people in it. What You'll Do Oversee daily brokerage operations and ensure Florida regulatory compliance Manage agent licensing, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship Review and approve contracts and transactions Lead agent recruitment and retention efforts Foster a positive, collaborative office culture Serve as the primary point of contact for complex or sensitive transactions Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and community partners What We're Looking For Active Florida Broker license (required) 5+ years of residential real estate experience Prior leadership, management, or team lead experience Deep knowledge of the Ponte Vedra Beach and Jacksonville markets Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills A reputation built on integrity, trust, and follow-through Experience with MLS systems and real estate CRM platforms

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
