Full-time Real Estate Closing Coordinator :

Local Real Estate Law firm is looking for a motivated, hardworking individual who has a desire to succeed in the Real Estate world. The nature of this role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The position is highly client centered, as we are dedicated to serving our clients and offering clients a friendly, smooth, and professional, experience as we guide them through the closing process. With this position you will work closely with all Real Estate Agents and Loan professionals; Prepare closing disclosures and ALTA settlement statements; Schedule and Coordinate closings; Work with Lender to prepare and finalize CD/ALTA. Prior real estate experience is preferred. We are dedicated on finding the person with the necessary skills.
