Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth Commercial Lead Generation Commercial lead follow-up CRM and database mastery Follow the plan Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals

Qualifications:
