Real Estate Intern

Attention current Bachelor's and Master's students interested in developing their career in Real Estate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Clean Harbors is looking for a Real Estate Intern to join us for the summer. This role is a development-oriented opportunity focused on supporting property operations, market analysis, and transaction activities across a growing real estate portfolio. The Real Estate Intern will gain hands-on exposure to commercial real estate functions including leasing support, property research, financial analysis, marketing coordination, and portfolio reporting. This role collaborates closely with Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams and provides interaction with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners. Why work for Clean Harbors? RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner. Assists with real estate data management, including leasing documentation, property records, and portfolio trackers. Supports property disposition research and market analysis. Creates and maintains reports and presentations for leadership. Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors. Supports marketing efforts and broker coordination. Maintains documentation related to transactions and contracts. Remains agile as priorities and projects evolve.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required Current student working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills Intermediate Excel skills required; advanced Excel skills a plus Strong attention to detail and communication skills Interest in commercial or corporate real estate preferred Wondering what to expect in starting your career with Clean Harbors?
