What You'll Do:
Build, implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service, internal communication, team calendar, company social media presence internally and externally, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events, and referrals.
RECRUITING
Support the team growth efforts through posting recruiting ads, calling agent recruits, performing screening interviews and scheduling appointments for Team Operator. Perform outreach to experienced Agents at other brokerages to share details about our team and invite them to meet Team Operator. Attend various events including Job Fairs, Agent events, and other various areas to meet to recruit
DATABASE MANAGEMENT
This position works alongside a remote overseas Database/Marketing Coordinator and will work together to create and own systems for maintaining integrity of the database, including holding agents accountable to activities
NEW HIRE ONBOARDING
Own the agent onboarding process, including holding training in person and virtually for new Agents; be the main point of contact Complete the Agent Onboarding and Offboarding processes, including assigning autoplans in Brivity and carrying out
TEAM PRODUCTIVITY RHYTHM LEADER
Follow the systems for our productivity rhythms to ensure agent productivity. Attend PLACE operations meetings and provide updates to team Plan and organize team events including call nights, inventory creation day, prospecting day, and productivity challenges Plan and execute client events that are done at a high level to drive business referrals.
MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Use facebook, youtube, Instagram, and tiktok to make videos that highlight our team environment for recruiting purposes Post social graphics and videos on team social websites Travel to team listings to create video content Create postal mailings to potential buyers and sellers by exporting data from database and public records
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Ensure all team receipts are obtained and submit to the finance team, when reports are generated, take ownership of finding opportunities to reduce expenses. Create and maintain the team's operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity. Make copies and packets for buyers, sellers, and recruits Take inventory of office and PLACE supplies; order as needed Generate Google reviews and referrals from clients during and after the transaction
TRANSACTION COORDINATION
This position works alongside a remote Transaction Coordinator. The coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the listing launch and the contract-to-close process for every transaction, which includes coordinating tasks like photography, staging, and sign installation. While this position will not do the day to day tasks of the TC, they will be aware of all deals that are being transacted in order to communicate to the team their status and jump in when necessary Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers when needed to step in Provide a world-class experience for clients through phone and email on behalf of the team when needed OTHER Keep the team leader informed of any challenges that arise and bring potential solutions. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE training, and Brivity training. Other duties as needed

Required Background:
Requires a prior work history that demonstrates the ability to plug into and improve existing systems and provide an enthusiastic level of support to a team 1+ years experience in an operations/administrative role in the real estate, mortgage or title industries.
Other Details:
Compensation depending on experience, ranges from $20-22 per hour. This is an in office part-time role, 20 hours per week. Some flexibility of hours exist but will primarily work 8:45 am to 1:45 pm
