Compensation:
$160,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business Team and DB lead generation Lead follow-up Close buyer or seller sales
Qualifications:
Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities Real estate license required Income reflects when hitting goals Sales experience About Company Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
