Job Description

Overview Brick Law Firm is seeking a experienced full-time Real Estate Legal Secretary for a fast-paced, high-volume practice. Join our dynamic legal team as a Real Estate Paralegal, where your expertise will drive the success of complex property transactions and legal processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with attorneys, clients, and Realtors to facilitate smooth real estate deals, manage legal documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Your proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in supporting our firm's commitment to excellence in real estate law. Duties Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing real estate contracts, deeds, leases, and closing documents with precision and clarity. Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders through effective communication; interview clients for information gathering. Assist attorneys with project management tasks including scheduling closings, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of legal procedures. Requirement Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in real estate law; Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents accurately; keen proofreading and transcription skills for contracts and correspondence. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment; experience supporting attorneys with administrative tasks is preferred. Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette; ability to interview clients professionally and gather pertinent information efficiently.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
