Compensation:

$85,000 +

Commission Based Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Work with team-provided leads while also actively generating your own career Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication Host open houses and proactively engage your database Guide clients through buying and selling with confidence and care Support team members and ensure client needs are met—even outside traditional hours when needed Follow and leverage our proven systems while bringing your own initiative and drive

Qualifications:

Licensed Real Estate Agent 2+ years experience in the real estate industry You have sold 4+ properties About Company We are a growing real estate team with over 18 years of experience in the industry.
