Job Description:
The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is a high-autonomy role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of real estate transactions-from executed contract through closing and post-close integration. This individual serves as the central point of coordination across internal leadership, legal counsel, escrow and title teams, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders. This role requires someone who can operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and help build and refine internal processes and SOPs. Reporting directly to the Owner, VP of Operations, and CFO, the Coordinator will take full ownership of transaction activities, with support from the broader team as needed. In addition to transaction management, the role includes entity management, calendar and deadline tracking, document organization, and operational/project support. Comfort with using AI tools to streamline administrative tasks is strongly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction & Escrow Management Manage all transactions from opening escrow through closing Coordinate with escrow, title, lenders, brokers, and legal teams Track key dates, review title reports, and ensure document accuracy Prepare settlement statements, closing documents, and required notices Manage 1031 exchange timelines and escrow holdbacks Calendar & Document Management Maintain and track all transaction deadlines and milestones Organize and file documents accurately in Point Monitor loan maturities and key financial dates Entity Management Maintain entity records, registrations, and compliance requirements Coordinate entity formation and updates with legal and tax partners Operational Support Assist with project coordination and post-closing activities Support document execution and cross-functional team needs
San Pedro:
8:30 am-5:15 pm fully onsite after 90-day period remote every other Friday
