You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. You are a good listener, extremely organized, solutions-based, and results-driven. You are passionate about being both efficient and effective in process management and customer service.What You'll Do:
Complete the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions. Provide a world class client experience for clients through phone and email on behalf of the team through contract and beyond. Enter listing data, descriptions, and pictures into MLS. Coordinate photography, staging, sign installation, and other listing launch functions. Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers. Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain accurate and compliant transaction files (inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.). Create timelines and follow-up processes/check-ins with agents to ensure all transaction deadlines are met resulting in a timely closing. Generate reviews and referrals from clients during and after the transaction. Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings.Knowledge and Skills:
Service oriented leadership Excellent at building rapport Strong written and verbal communication skills Phenomenal organizational skills Learning based High school graduate Real estate license required; must be willing to obtain a license within 90 days of hireRequired Background:
Ability to do highly detailed work while delivering a consistently excellent customer experience. 1+ years experience in an administrative role within the real estate industryOther Details:
