Realty Technician 2 (11949) kalispell, Montana - Added May 22nd, 2026 Realty Technician - Property Management Our client, a leading Pacific Northwest utility provider committed to public service and environmental stewardship, is seeking a Realty Technician for their Kalispell, Montana location. In this role, you will support real property and right-of-way activities through a combination of office and field-based work supporting infrastructure and land management projects across a multi-state service area. Responsibilities include assisting with land acquisition and property management processes, coordinating documentation and project tracking, supporting right-of-way and encroachment activities, and partnering with realty specialists, landowners, agencies, and internal teams to support critical infrastructure projects. Pay Range:
$30.00 - 32.00/hr., DOE

Kalispell, Montana - ONSITE Key Responsibilities for
Realty Technician:
Support real property and right-of-way activities by coordinating land use applications, permit requests, encroachment tracking, and case management processes. Maintain and update case files and land information systems, ensuring records, documentation, and tracking data are accurate and current. Respond to general inquiries from landowners, developers, public agencies, and utility partners regarding right-of-way use and property management matters. Conduct property and title research by reviewing acquisition records, land documents, and property management files to support realty activities and project coordination. Prepare preliminary acquisition and title-related documentation for review by Realty Specialists. Travel to project sites to collect field information, take measurements and photographs, and document property conditions or land management issues. Support acquisition and property management activities through document review, research, template updates, and data entry support. Process application fees and maintain related administrative records and documentation. Prepare, edit, and maintain correspondence, reports, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office tools. Coordinate calendars, meetings, and communications while providing general administrative support including document assembly, copying, and records management. Provide backup support for administrative and clerical functions including phones, travel coordination, correspondence, and scheduling activities. Requirements/Qualification for
Realty Technician:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate, title review, right-of-way, or a related field. Coursework and/or experience related to real estate principles, practices, and government real property procedures and regulations. Knowledge of real property services concepts such as surveying, mapping, right-of-way management, land records, or realty support services. Experience reviewing and working with real estate documents including deeds, mortgages, liens, title reports, and property records. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records, track case activity, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general database or records management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Additional Requirements Valid U.S. Driver's License required. Ability to obtain a Notary Public commission in Oregon or Washington within 60 days of assignment start and maintain it throughout the assignment. •We are unable to accommodate corp. to corp. candidates•
