On-site Position Summary The Receiving Clerk supports warehouse operations by accurately receiving inbound materials, verifying shipments against paperwork, labeling and staging product, and ensuring inventory is properly documented and stored. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer/warehouse system skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive inbound deliveries and verify quantity, item numbers, and condition against packing slips/BOLs Unload, sort, and stage incoming materials in designated receiving areas Label product and assist with put-away to assigned locations Enter receiving transactions into warehouse/inventory systems (or receiving logs), as required Communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor/lead Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area Follow site safety policies and standard operating procedures Perform other warehouse duties as assigned (stocking, inventory support, shipping assistance as needed) Qualifications / Requirements 1+ year of receiving/warehouse experience preferred Comfortable working on your feet and handling materials throughout the shift Ability to read and match paperwork (packing lists, labels, purchase orders) Basic computer skills for data entry (as applicable) Strong attention to detail and reliability (attendance is key) Resume and assessment required (per job requirements)
