Tool Nut + 2 The role A hybrid position split between the receiving dock and the sales floor. You move between the two as the day demands, processing inbound freight and helping customers as they come through the door. Reports to the Receiving Supervisor. Schedule Full-time, daytime hours, five days per week, including Saturdays at least twice per month. What you'll do Receive LTL and parcel shipments, verify cartons against purchase orders, and flag shortages, damage, or substitutions same-day. Post receipts in our inventory system and move stock to its correct bin locations. Pull and stage will-call and ship-from-store orders.

Work the sales floor:

answer product questions, demo tools, and recommend the right SKU for the job. Ring transactions and process online order pickups at the point of sale. Run cycle counts and help reconcile variances. Handle returns and exchanges per store policy. You should have At least one year in retail, warehouse, distribution, or a hands-on work environment. Working knowledge of hand and power tools; familiarity with Festool, Milwaukee, DeWalt, or Makita is a plus. The ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly, stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and operate a pallet jack. Basic computer fluency; ERP or point-of-sale experience is a plus. A valid driver's license and clean record. A reliable, organized approach and a willingness to switch gears mid-shift. Bonus Prior tool experience on a jobsite, in a shop, or as a serious hobbyist. Bilingual English and Spanish. Forklift certification.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
