What We're Looking For:

Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems 1-3 years of warehouse, receiving, or material handling experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to become certified Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems Familiarity with manufacturing or assembly environments Knowledge of inventory control practices (FIFO, cycle counting) Strong communication and problem-solving skills What You'll Do as a

Receiving Specialist:

Receive and inspect inbound shipments, verifying quantities, part numbers, and condition Identify and report damages, discrepancies, or quality issues Maintain accurate receiving documentation, including packing slips and invoices Enter and track receiving data in ERP systems (Odoo) for real-time inventory updates Match received goods to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies Move materials to proper storage locations using pallet jacks or forklifts Support kitting, staging, and production line material flow Assist with inventory counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area Collaborate with procurement, production, inventory, and quality teams Communicate delays or shortages that may impact production schedules
