Receptionist

This is a full-time position, working the hours of 7:30am -4:30pm each weekday. Crown Paving, LLC., a certified woman-owned asphalt and concrete paving contractor, for commercial projects throughout Tennessee, Alabama and Florida, has an immediate opening for an Receptionist that reports to the Office Manager at our corporate office in Greenbrier, TN. This full-time and in-person position. This person needs to be professional, reliable and trustworthy. This person must be flexible to the varying needs of the business, management team and front-line employees in the construction office environment. Answering phone/relaying messages with proper scripts and communication Calendar scheduling in Outlook for office team Daily mail runs to PO/UPS management Lots of detailed scanning electronic files in Egntye Order and fulfill of office and break room supplies Daily trash removal for office suite Entering daily ticket logs from the field Qualified candidates will be fluent with Microsoft Office. Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and trustworthy with excellent communication skills and be highly organized.
