Job Description
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish speaking) Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for our client in Gresham, Oregon. This role serves as a key point of contact for visitors and callers, helping create a welcoming and organized environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a busy phone system, handling incoming inquiries efficiently, and providing dependable administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member in a courteous and attentive manner.
- Manage a multi-line telephone system, responding to incoming calls promptly and routing them accurately.
- Handle general inquiries from callers and visitors while ensuring clear and helpful communication.
- Maintain an orderly reception area that reflects a well-organized office environment.
- Support routine administrative tasks such as taking messages, coordinating basic office communications, and assisting with front desk documentation.
- Monitor daily visitor flow and help ensure smooth front office operations throughout the day.
