Receive and complete work assignments with general supervision; follow detailed instructions for new or more complex tasks. Support and administer local plant administrative programs and office functions. Prepare written communications, including letters, memos, and emails. Review, organize, tabulate, and enter data into various computer systems accurately. Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution. Assist with the day-to-day operation of the office as needed. Promote teamwork and continuous improvement within the company and across departments. Perform additional related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Must be bilingual and possess basic computer knowledge and skills.
