Requirements:

Office/Receptionist experience with outstanding customer service skills High phone volume/Switchboard experience is highly preferred Computer savvy using Teams, Outlook, Excel as well as a computer operated phone system, work with dual monitors Excellent communication skills Work well in a very fast paced environment, multi-task and able to prioritize Patient, level-headed and cool under pressure

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls on a multiple line switchboard and transfer calls Greet visitors at the front desk and assist them Sign in guests, issue visitor badges and direct them to the right person Lock and unlock guest entrance doors Make sure paperwork is completed for orders placed on the order pickup shelves Help with the setup process for temporary associates on their first day, assist supervisors, and maintain communication with temp agencies If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to clerical@flexstaff.com.
