Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience with office management tools are highly valued to enhance our team's productivity and client interactions. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records. Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks. Support office operations by managing incoming correspondence, maintaining supplies, and overseeing general clerical duties. Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools when needed. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette. Bilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members. Previous office or clerical experience, including handling multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities. Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus for specialized healthcare settings. Pay:
$24.46 - $28.05 per hour
