Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth office management, efficient communication, and a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a fast-paced environment where your contributions truly make a difference. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer and direct all incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling inquiries Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support office organization and record accuracy Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and managing office supplies Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously in person or via phone or email Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Previous office experience or clerical experience is highly preferred Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs Knowledge of front desk procedures, phone etiquette, and data entry best practices Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required Personal assistant or office management experience helps demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your friendly demeanor, organizational talent, and proactive attitude will help create a welcoming environment for all!
