Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems). Ability to multitask and handle inquiries efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, creating a welcoming first impression. Answer and manage incoming phone calls, routing them to the correct department or individual. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries with accuracy. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for the team. Maintain office organization, including managing supplies and ensuring a tidy reception area. Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Assist with customer inquiries and provide basic information about our services.
