Job Description

Overview The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and associates at the Sedano's Corporate Office. This role is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment while providing administrative support to corporate departments. The position ensures that incoming communications, visitors, and office coordination are handled efficiently to support the daily operations of the organization. Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and associates in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and notify employees when guests arrive
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Coordinate outgoing mail and shipments as needed
  • Provide administrative support to corporate departments when required
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and conference room coordination
  • Maintain organized files, records, and office documentation
  • Support general office operations and ensure the reception area remains clean and organized
  • Handle general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with associates, leadership, vendors, and visitors
