Answering phone calls and taking messages
Taking blood pressure, pulse oximeter and weight
Calling to confirm scheduled appointments and rescheduling appointments as needed
Opening or closing the office, depending on your scheduled hours
Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic
Greeting and communicating with the clients in a professional manner
Utilizing the EHR to schedule appointments
Faxing and Filing
Take information needed for an intake over the phone
Checking to see if client has insurance and register them in Optum before their first session
Billing insurance
Audit charts
Communicate with insurance companies as needed
Create charts
Set up the computers for the doctors and providers
Assist providers as needed
Creating schedules for providers by talking with clients
As well as other additional tasks.
