Job Description
Looking for a professional and organized Recepcionist/Administrative Assistant to support front desk operations, manage calls, and assist with daily office tasks. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail‑oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent Professional demeanor One year of relevant work experience Familiarity with basic office software (Outlook, Word and Excel) , phone systems, and sometimes case management or booking systems. Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers Bilingual in English and Spanish,
