  • 5:00 PM Industry administrative & support services (Office and Administrative Support Occupations) Reference number S_175635 Spherion Staffing is seeking a professional, high-energy Receptionist to join a local team.
This is a vital role as the "face" of the company, requiring a blend of polished communication skills and unwavering reliability.
Wage:
$19/hour Monday
  • Thursday:
    8:30 AM
  • 5:00 PM;
Friday:
8:30 AM
  • 1:00
PM Responsibilities:
Communication & Client Service
  • Answer multi-line phones, assisting clients directly when possible or directing them to the appropriate staff member
  • Monitor and manage all incoming communications across phone, fax, text, and email
  • Answer emails from the home office promptly
  • Call clients to schedule annual reviews to update their insurance coverage
  • Set appointments and send out professional correspondence/letters to clients Insurance & Claims Administration
  • Process insurance changes as requested by clients
  • Intake claim information from clients and report details to Nodak Claims Service
  • Order necessary documentation, including Loss History and Motor Vehicle reports
  • Assist in quoting new business opportunities Administrative Support & Reporting
  • Prepare files, shred sensitive documents, and maintain accurate call logs ...
  • Maintain and update client lists and data records
  • Track weekly and monthly production reports
  • Monitor and track new client acquisition and new business growth Working hours: 8:30 AM
