Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing a high‑volume, multi‑line phone system while serving as the first point of contact for onsite visitors. Greets and directs guests with a weing, service‑oriented approach, ensuring a positive front‑office experience. Screens and routes iing calls accurately, schedules appointments, and provides general administrative support. Maintains a secure,anized reception area while coordinating visitor access and supporting internal staff with effectivemunication and attention to detail. Responsibilities for the role includes but not limited to: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, directing and announcing on-site visitors. Answer general inquiries and provideanizational information, directions, and assistance. Operate a high‑volume, multi‑line phone system; screen, route, transfer calls, and manage voicemail. Monitor visitor access, issue passes as required, and maintain front‑desk security. Manage appointment calendars and prepare travel vouchers. Process payments for services and products. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, publications, and fax correspondence. Prepare and process office documents, reports, and correspondence. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Perform general clerical duties including filing, copying, collating, and administrative support. Meet physical job requirements including standing/sitting, light lifting (up to 10 lbs.), and visual focus.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and verbalmunication, including reports, correspondence, and group presentations. Ability to read, interpret, and follow written, verbal, and procedural instructions. Solid analytical and mathematical skills, including percentages, basic algebra, and problem‑solving. Effective at identifying issues, analyzing information, and developing practical solutions. Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution and handling sensitive or emotional situations. Active listener with the ability tomunicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally. Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate, give and receive feedback, and support d goals. Demonstrates professionalism, tact, accountability, and reliability under pressure. Pay Details:
